Stockholm, Dec. 8(ChinaEuropeDialogue)–ThiS Less-is-more Group AB (THiS Group) has previously signed a letter of intent with Enlund Nutrition AB regarding the acquisition of all of its shares.
Today ThiS Group has announced that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with the owners of Enlund Nutrition AB and acuired all of its shares in the company. Thus, Enlund Nutrition AB becomes a subsidiary of THiS Group’s health group.
The purchase value amounts to a total of SEK 8 million and is paid through newly issued shares in THiS Group at a price of 8 kronor per share.
The company is active in health supplements under the Mucopen brand, which is a brand with sea buckthorn oil.
The company’s goal is to reach net sales of SEK 15 million in 2022 and for 2023 th goal is SEK 30 million.
“By becoming part of THiS Group, our opportunities to scale up our sales further increase significantly. We have previously sold vegetable capsules with sea buckthorn oil. Through THiS Group, we have the opportunity to develop the brand to apply to more products with sea buckthorn oil, which we can spread in Europe and Asia. We want to increase knowledge and awareness of the super berry and Mucopen. Mucopen is a dietary supplement, which is sold in health care stores and by therapist”, said Katarina Enlund, CEO of Enlund Nutrition AB.

Enlund Nutrition AB will change its name to THiS Enlund Nutrition AB and will become part of the group from the beginning of 2022.
